The Workshop on Junior Executive Development is a tailored programme designed for newly recruited or promoted junior executives and supervisors looking to build a strong foundation for their careers in management. This course provides practical tools and strategies to excel in the key areas of responsibility and leadership.
Participants will gain a deep understanding of the role and responsibilities of junior executives, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet workplace expectations. The workshop emphasizes effective communication, helping students develop skills to interact clearly and confidently with teams and management. In addition, the course covers essential topics like problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills, enabling junior executives to take initiative and lead by example.
